Shareholder Larry Dougherty Teaching At Stetson University College Of Law
Shareholder Larry Dougherty is scheduled to teach securities litigation as an adjunct professor at the Stetson University College of Law in the spring 2023 semester. The class will cover public-company cases in the headlines as well as securities arbitration and shareholder disputes at closely held companies. Other Guerra King lawyers will participate in some of the presentations to share their expertise.
