Peter King To Present On Arbitration Practice Tips
Peter King will participate in a CLE panel presentation at an event sponsored by the Hillsborough County Bar Association’s Mediation and Arbitration Section on February 8, 2023. The presentation, titled “Arbitration: Voluntary or Mandatory, Must it Be Arbitrary? Practice Tips for Effectively Handling Arbitrations,” will feature a discussion by Peter and co-panelist Chardean M. Hill, Esq. focusing on substantive, procedural, and strategic issues practitioners face in arbitration proceedings and will offer tips for effectively handling arbitrations, whether court-ordered or voluntary. Peter has handled hundreds of arbitrations in various forums, has taken dozens through final award, and has handled post-award proceedings. He is a certified circuit court mediator and a founding member of Guerra King P.A. His practice since 1995 has focused on commercial litigation and securities and financial services litigation and regulatory matters.
