Peter B. King Presents at Florida OFR 2014 Division of Securities Enforcement Training


Peter B. King, a founding member of the Tampa-based law firm of Guerra King, recently participated on a panel presentation at the Florida Office of Financial Regulation’s 2014 Division of Securities Enforcement Training Program in Orlando. OFR is the state regulator of the securities and financial services industry. The panel’s topic was Protecting Older Investors: The Challenge of Diminished Capacity, which focused on detection and investigation of financial abuse of seniors and vulnerable adults.
