Larry Dougherty Moderates FBA Annual Meeting & Convention Panel On Forensic iPhone Searches
On September 24, 2021, Guerra King shareholder Larry Dougherty moderated a panel discussion on forensic iPhone searches at the FBA Annual Meeting & Convention in Miami. The talk was titled “What Happens After You Give Your Client’s iPhone to a Forensic Investigator?” The panel, which included practitioners and a United State Magistrate Judge with extensive experience in device discovery disputes, discussed the current law and practice for device imaging, ESI data carving, criminal investigative techniques, and the use of court-appointed forensic neutrals.
