Kimberly A. Koves Named Shareholder At Guerra King

Tampa, FL — The law firm of Guerra King is pleased to announce that Kim Koves has been named a shareholder of the Firm. Kim obtained her law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2012, where she served as a Notes and Comments Editor for the Stetson Law Review and a judicial intern for the Honorable Elizabeth A. Jenkins, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She graduated cum laude from James Madison University with a degree in Political Science.

Kim focuses her practice on complex commercial disputes, with an emphasis on the representation of financial services institutions and professionals in federal and state court, FINRA and AAA arbitration, and regulatory proceedings. Kim has been recognized as a Rising Star in securities litigation by Florida Super Lawyers since 2016. She is an associate member of the C.H. Ferguson M.E. White American Inn of Court and serves on the Board of the Federal Bar Association, Tampa Bay Chapter, where she currently serves as Co-Chair of the Membership Committee. Kim is also active in other local bar associations, including the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the Hillsborough Association for Women Lawyers, and is an attorney ad litem through Crossroads for Florida Kids.
