Guerra King Team Participated In A Workshop On Implicit Bias In The Workplace
On September 9, 2021, the Guerra King team participated in a workshop on implicit bias in the workplace. The session, led by Gunster lawyer Alexis Dion Deveaux, included a review of an implicit bias test that members of the firm took beforehand. The discussion is part of Guerra King’s ongoing efforts to understand, promote, and celebrate the uniqueness of the people we encounter in our professional lives. The workshop was organized by the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee, chaired by Ailen Cruz.
