Guerra & Partners is proud to be a Gold sponsor for the George Edgecomb Bar Association’s (GEBA) 38th Annual Scholarship Banquet on April 26, 2021. GEBA is Tampa’s largest predominately African American voluntary bar association and is dedicated to the promotion and recognition of African Americans within the legal profession and the judiciary. GEBA’s theme for the 2020-2021 bar year is aptly “Pressing Forward Together During Challenging Times.”
GEBA’s Scholarship Program and its community partners have awarded more than $300,000 in scholarships to college-bound students in Hillsborough County, and Guerra & Partners is honored to play a role in this cause. This year’s Scholarship Banquet will feature keynote speaker Artis Stevens, the first African American President and CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.
