Epilepsy Services Foundation’s Annual Hare Race Experience Raises $8,000 for Charity

TAMPA, FL April 9, 2013 – On March 30, 2013, over 600 runners participated in Epilepsy Services Foundation (ESF), Inc.’s 21st Annual Hare Race Experience, a 5K and one mile race held at the University of South Florida over the Easter weekend. ESF raised approximately $8,000 from the event to send children with epilepsy to Camp Boggy Creek, a medical-friendly camp designed for seriously ill children, and to provide scholarships to individuals affected by epilepsy or who are interested in pursuing careers in neurology. Dominique Heller, an associate with Guerra King P.L., is President of the Board of Directors for ESF and helped to organize this community event.
